• You retain ownership of any images you upload to our Service
• You grant us a license to use, store, and process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you
• You own the rights to the ASMR videos generated by our Service based on your inputs
• You may use the generated videos for personal and commercial purposes
• Generated videos may include a small attribution to AI ASMR Heart

We do not claim ownership of the ASMR videos you create using our Service. However, we may use anonymized examples of generated videos for promotional purposes, improving our algorithms, or displaying in our gallery (unless you opt out).

4. Intellectual Property
